TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In consideration of being allowed to participate in anyway in Katie Swift's movement classes, 1-1s or online programmes, the undersigned acknowledges and agrees that:
I have enrolled in a program of instruction in a variety of fitness modalities and Pilates offered by Katie Swift. I have been advised and I understand that participation in Pilates or any exercise and conditioning activities like any physical conditioning activity or exercise program present some unavoidable risk of injury, especially to people who have pre-existing injuries illness or medical disabilities I understand that the use of exercise equipment also carries with it a risk of injury. I recognize that many changes may occur as a result of these exercise sessions including possible short term aggravation of some symptoms, feelings of tiredness, lightheadedness, increased energy and mood changes etc.
I also understand that a medical evaluation is advisable before commencing any program of physical conditioning or exercise. I have and will continue to keep Katie Swift fully informed of any physical condition or disability which would prevent or limit my participation in an exercise or physical conditioning program I acknowledge that although the conditioning program I participate in may have substantial physical benefits, Katie is not engaged in diagnosing or treating medical diseases or deficiencies.
I expressly assume all risks both known and unknown of my participation in exercise and conditioning conducted by Katie Swift and waive any claim that I might otherwise bring against Katie Swift and Katie Swift Pilates and Barre as a result of injuries resulting from or relating to my participation in her fitness and wellness conditioning programs.
I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS AND BY COMMENCING CLASS OR PARTICIPATING IN ANY CLASSES LED BY KATIE AGREE TO IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
