What do I need for class?

Clothes you can move in, water and a yoga mat or towel. If you're coming to a mums and bubs class, also bring whatever you need for baby. I provide all Pilates equipment and props. I also have a sign up form so we can ensure that you get the best class possible.

Do I need any previous experience?

Not at all! My group classes cater from gold card members, to new mums, to those who have never exercised and to current and ex professional Dancers! I make sure that I can modify or advance as needed and everyone is super supportive, allowing you to work to your own level.

Do I have to use the online service to book?

If online booking isn't your thing then just send me an email or use my contact form. I'm always happy to answer all your questions and get you signed up for class feeling confident.

How do I book a 1-1?

Just fill out the contact form or send me an email and we can arrange a time and date that suits for you to come in for your session.

How do I pay?

Currently payment is either cash or via bank transfer. If paying via bank transfer, details will be sent to you once bookings are confirmed.
