Cancellation Policy

By booking and attending a class with Katie Swift Pilates, either in person or online, I confirm that I am choosing to participate voluntarily. I confirm that I am physically able to take part and will advise Katie Swift of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or changes to my health that may affect my participation. Where appropriate, I have sought medical advice prior to attending and will continue to take responsibility for my own health and wellbeing. I understand that Pilates and related exercise involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. I agree to participate within my own limits, follow all instructions provided, and use equipment only as directed. For online classes, I accept responsibility for ensuring I have a safe and suitable space to exercise, and that my equipment is appropriate and used correctly. I understand that Katie Swift Pilates is not responsible for any injury resulting from my home environment or setup, or for interruptions due to technology or internet issues. I acknowledge that all reasonable care is taken to provide a safe and supportive environment, in line with obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. To the extent permitted by law, I agree that Katie Swift Pilates is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation. I understand that personal injury in New Zealand is generally covered under the Accident Compensation Corporation. I agree to follow all class guidelines and understand that participation may be refused where it is considered unsafe. I agree not to record, reproduce, or distribute any class content without prior permission. I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
